The colourful crystals originate from previously made candy floss artworks, such as performances, installations in public spaces and wall pieces. The layering of these minerals are the ‘annual’ rings of the candy floss artworks. You can think of it as a snake taking off its jacket. I never throw this jacket away, but transforms it into an object or piece of jewellery. Here you see some examples of the origins.
